About the Role

Total Reboot is a local IT business serving small businesses, Catholic churches, and organizations around Acadiana. We help people take care of their technology so they can focus on what matters most in their work and mission. We're looking for a dependable college student who's interested in learning IT through real, hands-on experience. You'll work directly alongside the owner, helping support clients and solve everyday tech problems.

What You'll Do

• •Help troubleshoot computers, printers, and basic tech issues
• •Assist with setting up new computers and equipment
• •Support email and user accounts (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• •Learn how business networks and Wi-Fi systems are managed
• •Help implement simple security practices (like multi-factor authentication)
• •Keep notes and documentation organized
• •Occasionally assist on-site with local clients

What We're Looking For

• •A current college student with an interest in technology
• •Basic computer knowledge (no need to know everything—we'll teach you)
• •Someone dependable, honest, and willing to learn
• •Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
• •Reliable transportation for occasional local visits (all travel time and mileage is compensated)
